Fun Things to do This Spooky Season

Spooky season is officially upon us, and we’re so excited for the cooler temperatures, changing leaves, and most of all, fun festivals, costumes, and gathering with family and friends! If you’re looking for fun things to do over the next couple of weeks, we’ve thought of a few suggestions that you can do with your family!

Visit a Local Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch
Many local farms are now offering corn mazes, pumpkin patches, and fun activities for all ages this autumn season. A few of our favorites are Bowles Farm, Forrest Hall Farm, and Serenity Farm.

Host a Pumpkin Carving Competition with Family and Friends
Invite your family and friends over for a fun pumpkin carving competition!

Enjoy a Fun-Filled Fall Crafting Session
Head to your local craft store and stock up on fun artificial fall foliage and other supplies and enjoy making wreaths and other home decorations either with other adults, or with your children! It’s a great way to spend time together while breaking out your creative side.

Curl Up with a Scary Movie
Turn down all the lights, pop some popcorn, and curl up with a scary movie this spooky season. Whether you enjoy an old classic, or a new thriller, there is sure to be a Halloween-themed movie you’ll enjoy.
